Light Broadsword

A stylized sword commission that I worked on this year. This sword ended up becoming one of two variants of the original commission concept. I tried to emphasize swooping shapes that flowed from the blade into the guard. I got the okay from the commissioner to play with the design of the guard and the blade quite a bit and push the shapes which was a lot of fun.
