Heavy Broadsword

A stylized sword commission that I worked on this year. This sword ended up becoming one of two variants of the original commission concept. I tried to make this variant look like a visual opposite of the first one by having boxier shapes and straighter lines than the first sword. I got the okay from the commissioner to play with the design of the guard and the blade quite a bit and push the shapes which was a lot of fun.
